"A rising star!" Publisher's Weekly

Welcome to my website! I hope that you enjoy taking a look around. I have a passion for history which I look forward to sharing with you.

NEWS

The UK National Year of Reading has been launched and I am very proud to have been chosen as Wiltshire Writer in Residence. I will be working with the library authority to help promote and celebrate reading events during the year.

I am excited and honoured to announce that LORD OF SCANDAL has been nominated for the 2008 RWA RITA for Best Regency Historical! Congratulations to the other nominees in the category, the marvellously talented Anna Campbell and  wonderful authors Julia Quinn and Shana Galen!

"Cornick expertly spices her latest Regency historical with danger, while the sizzle she cooks up between her sinfully sexy hero and delightfully resourceful heroine is simply spectacular."

John Charles, Booklist, on Lord of Scandal.

Double anniversary!

2008 marks a very special anniversary for me. I have been published for 10 years and my 25th book comes out in May. In addition it is, of course, the Harlequin Mills & Boon Centenary!

I would like to thank all the wonderful readers, friends and colleagues I have met during my years writing for Harlequin. You have all made this a very happy and exciting time for me. Thank you!

Books

I have two brand new books coming out in 2008! The Last Rake in London is set in the Edwardian Era. Unmasked is a dark, sensual Regency historical.

Contests

Congratulations to Linda for winning the April contest!  And now that it is May, it's time for my SCOTTISH CONTEST! Yes, I have been on my holidays and brought back a selection of gifts from the Highlands just  for you!  To enter the contest to win the Scottish themed gift basket, email me the answer to the following question:

Who is the heroine of Unmasked?
